Node to mature enough" but still don't get it?
Mature enough to be like Java, to have less Opensource libraries, to deliver updates every X years like most backend languages?
I understand that the fast pace of JS is not something that backend developers appreciate very much but that's not language immaturity, it's a different rhythm.
In any case if you're working with banks and stuff probably Node isn't the best tool for the task but from that to "companies shouldn't use it" is a long bridge to cross
+1 To add on, if you're working with banks, which are more sensitive in nature on security, I agree that node is probably not for u. Because for one, it's dynamically typed. And u should probably be using safer typed languages Majority of web app don't have that kind of requirements
