So they shouldn't account for scalability?
It's an interpretted language so wasn't scalable for spontanious data.
Faizan...no matter how right u are: Guys, DON'T FEED the trolls! If you look at the discussion here, u saw how a bunch of 4 crybabies just went "php is bad, php is old, etc..." without a single logical argument (at least until they got blocked). I know that for some/a lot of us here the discussion could make some sence since PHP and JS were always part of web development, and nowadays u have the option of replacing PHP on the serverside. So yes, it would be interesting some articles, benchamrks, comparisons, etc... But when argument is "this is like this because I say so" -> troll alert! Problem is that when fanboys start trollung in groups, that kind of ruins things! So, maybe some admins look at this and at least give the group some directives...worst case scenario, "no PHP talks allowed" :(
