Hello, I need a help. I developed a java library.

I exported it as a jar file. I created the javadoc. how to make other projects refer to this java doc automatically? is there a way to publish this javadoc for ide reference. I tried adding it to the jar, but it is not refered.

Mavenlocal or maven central. Also, in ide, u can add it to classpath
