Q2: in linux which is better IDE for java ee8

| jakarta ee8 ? I have tried eclipse but it's crashed and unable to run glassfish

What kind of Java EE app will you develop??? Tomcat (recommended) and Jetty are good options for apps using JSF/JSP/Servlets. You can control Tomcat from Eclipse and you can even control Tomcat "webapps" dir. If your app needs JPA or any other DBMS, Eclipse has plugins for that: Data Platform Tools (DTP) is a very good choice.
