This is Intellij log, when I run my war on

a local tomcat configuration. Only the last line is related to tomcat. Where can I find more info about why my war failds to run?

Such lovely matrix style green logs)))) Try googling "tomcat verbose logging". And slf4j can't find any logging impl - you need to add dependency to your project, like log4j, logback, etc. Slf4j is only set of apis by itself, you need provide impl library. And then configure tomcat internal logger to be more verbose (org.apache.catalina.session.level at first glance from first google result https://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-8.5-doc/logging.html)
