My problem with you consists of two parts: Part one is

that you have posted a picture (with wrong orientation as mentioned) without any context and explanation of what's going on, what this is or how exactly you need help with it, but you expect us to help you.

Part two is that when I told you that you should also ask the question you want answered (like "Can somebody tell me which of these answers is correct?"), you did not only not ask such a question nor did you tell us in what way the picture is unclear to you, but you actively denied that there is any unclarity about what you want from us. But there clearly is! Otherwise I wouldn't have had to ask you to clarify.

This makes me feel somewhat angry because your response reads like you know better than us how well we are able to understand what you meant with your picture.
I exaggerated this point by stating that there is no need to improve the situation by correctly rotating the picture, because the situation is alredy, as you stated, "clearly expressed".

I hope that you now understand the problem. We do not know what you know. You need to convey the relevant information to us in order for us to help you. Maybe start with what that is you made a picture of. It looks like it is text on a whiteboard. Is this homework, assigned by a lecturer? The phrase "Two's Compliment" alone is not enough information here because Two's Complement Encoding requires knowing the length of the encoded binary numbers, which is not given or not visible in your picture.

I totally agree with this. I'd like to add that if you want help from a group like this you also have to have the decency to put some effort into asking the question rather than dumping a photo in here expecting the internet to magically solve your problems. Would you go to one of your friends and push a picture in their face without context whatsoever?
