Let me clarify. English is also not my native language just in case. But depending on what you want, who you want help from and what your goal is, English is important. I did not say that people MUST improve it, I said should.. it's a suggestion of goodwill that will help them in the long term. Nothing less, nothing more...

I do realise that not everybody can speak/write English that well. That's okay. Totally okay but there is always room for improvement..
