I beleave it can be learned with no academic background i trying to do that becuz with internet now u can advance fast and no more limited by ur region knowledge

no one can say is an expert because java is infinity world, but i started java-android language without any academic study,but if you learn java base in youtube and google your issue and really try to learn , you will be succeed
