What amount of money you are speaking of? Maybe you

can have a virtual money pool which handles the transactions and so on. Can't say anything on that without you giving me more information. :P
If it doesn't help - yes - you have to quit that project. But hey, you had a project in mind and this is better than having none at all! :D

Well, I thought of it as a project for me, not for the outter world, so amounts would probably not be bigger than 50-60€, and maybe not over 200€ a month, which isn't much to be honest (imagine you pay your pal's beer tomorrow, and he wants to return it via Telegram). The thing is I can't really think of a way of issuing this kind of micro-transactions between friends without interacting at some point with a credit card, bank or Paypal account, for example. But yeah, something is better than nothing :P
