Another thing is that jvm doesn't support multi-threading itself Because

of it's an interface from compiled code to low level hardware so if it supports...
the program runtime performance will be low

multi-threading not happens in java mainly it's simulate

In Java codes
memory management is related to system

it's automated
a good thing because it's simply for programming but in cpp it's not automatic so writer should manage memory himself

For this there is two point:

One: programmer is professional

Two: programmer is not professional

If first be happened it's known
He/She will manage memory allocation much better than automated jvm

But if two happens yes you are right
maybe jvm have better performance

Another thing it's an example of us :
Which one work will faster?
Go to an office and entrust your work to the third-party staff untill he do?

Or do the work yourself directly?

The answer is related to yourself whether you can do that work yourself faster than or not :)
