Every thing has a beginners talk. I have seen developer who thing they know Java until they had to eat the real bone... And the question was like, but he knows spring framework right? So, it is a MUST, learn the language first.. The real issues right now with many developer using JS. They know the framework they are using but had little knowledge of "vanilla" JS itself..
