Why I don't see this package in ASP.NET libraries?

asp.net libraries are already included in the sdk

So the issue that I found was the package source was set up as Microsoft offline source packages and someone suggested online to change that to nuget.org by adding this URL to the package source and switching to it.. I did that and it worked.
