writing your own systems for a game can have benefits depending on the type of game, but really if you're doing something complex, a game engine saves you so much time haha at the very least you could use some tech like The Forge, Irlicht, etc for rendering suite and other tools, and build your game from there defining a level structure and either making or porting a level editor

Wow its really hard for you I personally prefer using game engine like unreal engine You can draw and modeling a game environment in photoshop or 3dmax Then import it to unreal engine

No, but as the game you write gets more complex, you'll find that you wrote a mini-game engine of your own
