nah still new i will wait it till it got a growth and have everything I need cuz almost every template i saw in themeforest.com is is still with bootstrap, so use those ones will decrease my already existing structure

yes you can without media just use one header, one main content and one footer and if the content only text, it's responsivable if there is an image then you can try [object fit content] width 100% or 100vw and no height
