They only can "return" what they have. restructuring might just be rebuilding their team, or rebuild their manufacturing if it was a thing.
The amount lost depends on how big a hole there is
how is this being different from filing bankruptcy?
I understand that there are variations to BK but what Simon is suggesting is one of the variants. Is my understanding wrong??
Chapter 11 only benefits to shareholders and investors, not depositors. Don't forget that Simon is not only a depositor of Celsius but also a shareholder! Do you think he really want to help us?What he is doing is to defend his assets only, want to get back as much as possible, he doesn't care how much we can get but just use this as an excuse to persuade us to support him
it is kind of misleading to say Chapter.11 is not one of the forms of bankruptcy
He has no point. And when reasked the question as directly as possible he answered with a fucking dumb emotional story about rent.
People might loose 50% with or without ch 11 bankruptcy. Ch 11 bankruptcy just allows to restructure the organization and liability priorities
It also give a disclosure to the company financials, which we really don't know about Celsius
But I'm pretty sure Simon's intention is not good, he is just making use of us to protect his assets
Coz if celsius fill c11 , he s going to have a significant losses as a shareholders
How do you know?
People might be getting back 50% of their funds
to they get back 50% of theie funds nack and 50% in equity or in right to dept of 3ac or what they choose
