In services.msc when I checked the path to mysql it

Question

In services.msc when I checked the path to mysql it

is C:\xampp\mysql\bin\mysqld.exe --defaults-file=c:\xampp\mysql\bin\my.ini mysql. Can I have two or more paths to mysql, all running on different ports ? Is it possible?

actually xampp doesn't have mysql gui and I wish to use mysql workbench for easiness
