popular is POCO library?;
3- how often is the library's features needed in systems?;
2- which part of the library is used the most?

POCO is pretty common in some legacy projects or in some edge computing use-cases. Its main reason for losing popularity is that it is not well integrated with modern C++ No library is ever needed if you are crazy enough. Though secure networking like HTTPS and TLS in general are the main selling points here I would say that the HTTP capabilities are the most used feature
