Hey devs. Java beginner here (though not so green to

it). I can read and understand other people's code. I'm currently handling Spring Boot intro and MVC.

Would like to fast track my learning. Any suggestions on projects or resources that can assist me to be hirable in the next few months or just general advice on what topics to pay attention to?

Would prefer something that would push me to really get into the nitty gritty of software development using Java. My path is backend development.
