works for emails atleast 2 chars before @
<?php
$email = "chriz12345@apl";
$parts = explode("@",$email);
$str=substr($parts[0], 0,2);
for($i=0;$i<strlen($parts[0])-2;$i++) $str.="*";
$str.="@".$parts[1];
echo $str;
Yeah ,I implemented something like this , I just want to know that ,thers any simple alternate method to achieve it
