If you know nothing about mvc/core Then just create a website, with 2,3 simple pages (views) and make routes to access them...using controller... This will be the simple project for an absolute beginner... This is just for understanding purpose... For problem solving statements you'll need oops and linq concepts... But for now...make it simple so you can understand the flow better..
