For one, how to view a pdf in a wpf

using pdfsharp. Second, will I be able to highlight texts? Or draw a rectangle over that? 🤔

Let's do the panel control, draw the PDF on it and then draw a rectangle over that panel, that's what I think, because I am actually blind so I don't consider things like that
