Wait Chill, can some one explain how relevant this stack

and heap is to me? I see most of this as some Theory

It is not important to know. You mostly will use the heap. It is just an implementation detail. The only reason to know this is, when you are having runtime issues and found the bottleneck being object creation time and/or garbage collector execution.
