Well he said he used an in-house volumetric lighting and procedural sky. So I am guessing you will have to write it on your own too. But the recent releases of Post Processing tools in Unity are decent, and improving the base procedural sky should be easy....
Welp its quite simple really.. The simplest would be to use terrain object and modify it so it looks like a mountain. Then you create different diffuse rock textures, and a normal texture, and texture paint on the mountain.
Plus for him it would be much simpler to use unity terrain.
