On windows I don't have any problem, so it's very likelly either a driver problem or an x11 problem, a driver problem would also explain the low and unstable framerate (50fps on average against the 1450fps on windows), I'll try by uninstalling nouveau and installing nVidia proprietary drivers, if it doesn't fix it I'll try to change the graphic server
