I want my bot to await a photo from users

whenever they send a specific message like the bot saying "send the photo" and waiting for a photo from the user. how can I do that?

there's no magic solution. if you need to handle state of a 1000 users, you need to keep that state somewhere i would suggest you don't worry about scaling until it starts to be a problem
