I want to subscribe on update when user join request

to channel was approved. I found that occurs UpdateChannelParticipant but which event should bot subscribe to intercept it?

You used Raw to see it occur, and use that too to ...

ChatAction also works, but problem is bot cant write to these users at this stage. As I know it can only when get update of new join request, very inconvenient Maybe you know way how I can write(bot/userbot) to new subscribers of my channel after they approved

but if my channel under bot attack? My bot will be forced to send messages to 5k+ users in shot time I will get floodwaiterror I think
