Can anyone explain to me why several attempts to go

through KYC were rejected. I’ve submitted a bank statement then a government letter and a phone bill. All rejected. Why?

The process is automated, so anything that can mess with such, can be a reason. If you are absolutely sure that the documentation is ok, than contact support on the above link so they mays take a look and support you on that. Reasons to not get passed can go from not properly readable documents once uploaded, missing info in them, cropped edges, wrong date in documents (they need to be all less than 3 months old for example for the POA). I give you my example. All ok until the POA document, was a good PDF, but once uploaded and when prompted if it was readable, I looked at it and it was not. The formating on the PDF was turning it unreadable once uploaded, so the algorithms were unable to extract the info. I had to print it and take a picture of it. Worked wonders as the algorithm was then able to read it. Please check your documentation carefully after upload and if ok, then support is the way to go
