In any case, if you want to check with support if this may be a backend issue on your account, please do so by the below link. I say this because I tried to remove a small dust of BTC in my YV also to check if that was working to answer the user above you, and it worked fine, so it should have worked also for you, reason why I also think it may be some backend issue. Sometimes can happen. Neverthless, I'll raise this internally. Thanks!
