Does someone else experienced such issues before? I'm not able to

perform mvn clean install, as it fails on downloading dependencies. Everything was fine week ago, but now it fails in my local machine and gitlab pipelines

429 is for "too many requests". I bet your issue root cause is in repositories list declaration. You definitely should pull aspectj not from atlassian repo, but from maven central.

I haven't seen this error before but i strongly recommend u to upgrade your aspectj...it has a critical vulnerability
