well that's what my network tab told me when i tried. i've done it again, now png is 5.24

yeah, i wonder how server compression works with url upload, it's not possible to guess what ratio they use, for telethon pillow compression + server-side extra one. but it should be better to just upload manually, some 5-ish mb isn't worth it

is it? it's 6.4 for png and 7.6 for jpg mb, png failure doesn't seem a size one and it's less resolution than jpg one photo by url send limit is 5MB for photos, But since the JPG gets a green light, 5MB is counted after server compressing it apparently
