I got an email saying Celsius will reattempt distribution via

coinbase again.
My Coinbase account uses the same email, name and DOB as is on my Celsius account.
Is there a way to know why the first attempt with coinbase didn't work so I can sort it out with coinbase before the attempt again?

they said it was all good, and then while chatting, they found something missing. So after a long chat, it seems it's all good now

During your chat with coinbase did the staff ask for your Celsius email? I'm chatting with coinbase on chat support and they are asking to confirm my email. I don't want to send that to them. The chat already is a signed in chat so they should have the email

Yes they asked to match all my details, and I don't mind because they can't see what I had in my old Celsius account

Make sense. Be careful though, if someone gains access to your coinbase account, they could clear out the Celsius distribution once it's in. I have 2FA with authenticator on my coinbase so no transactions happens without the codes.
