when I clicked "+" button "count state triggered" and component starts re render and it renders but I am not able to understand why it re renders again last time
I have no clue about this

root.render was the reason 😅 (got help from chatgpt)

one more thing I noticed if i comment useEffect code from this it works fine no re renders 🤷‍♂

i don't know this related or not. but in debug mod react always render twice to make sure that every thing is okay. in production is always 1
