Guys i am researching on a way to work with

tickets, by taking the tickets checking the intent of what is being asked, currently i am scanning a sequence of phrases to check , what other ways can you suggest?

so they have a ticket system that they manually check what the client is asking, but some of them mails are about very specific things ,like "my invoice isnt generating but order placed" so i have to get those mails with order ids to send them back automated emails about their order status

yes , based on some words, and some predefined events, - order received but invoice not generated - order not placed etc etc i want to build a system that we can modify too

i never done something like this. 1. first option is ML.Net in other word AI. i think it's best option but i think hardest one.

ai mol for this purpose would be overkill , but i will look into some tools, currently trying ML thoo, they have put me into RND its fun untill its not lol
