What specifications are required for deploying Telegram bots on Linux

servers normally and for normal use?
I have a linux server with 1 core cpu and 1 gig ram. I have placed a Telegram scraping bot on it, which immediately reaches 100% CPU after execution. I've been looking for the problem for a long time but I can't find it, is my server weak? Because the robot works well on a personal computer.
