That just depends on the UI API, in the case

of Godot the UI is handled using a scene graph as an object so yes it has its own value, which can be a reference to player health, but as I think I mentioned before we still have a multitude of issues that aren't handled, such as:
Want to tween values? Can't
Want to play sound? Can't
Not without running into the very issues we're already looking to demonstrate we can solve lol
