Is it okay to transcribe from a code? i'm not really

a good programmer and i'm not that genius to write a program on my own, every time i do it i get into a big problem that i can't solve it. because of this i quit programming for a while but now i want to try again. what you guys think?

i'm not talking about stealing someone's code for my profits, i'm talking about practicing by copying someone's code

do whatever you need to improve yourself if you copy some code, read it, understand and really go through it multiple times, get a deep understanding of it, yeah totally fine, we do it all the time. but if you just copy stuff around and move on, thats trouble. thats....bad. and about quiting, you will never succeed if you dont stay consistent, im guessing you already know that, judging by your profile pic. same philosophy from buidling muscle applies here, stay consistent, you will achieve the results you wanna see.
