Hi! I have an external sdcard Reader working in Windows

and in Gparted. But Ubuntu Mate 20.04 did not. Partition figures as W95 FAT32 (LBA). Try to mount it and I get "wrong fs type, Bad option, bad superblock on /dev/sdd1 missing codepage or helper program, or other error.
Someone knows how solve it?

I guess it was a failed sdcard. It stopped to work under Windows now. Command was sudo mkdir -p /mnt/sdd && mount /dev/sdd1 /mnt/sdd in both Ubuntu and Gparted... seems like it was lucky when worked in Gparted.

Run sfc /scannow on Windows. Reboot after the scan and try again.

I left the place. If I have another chance to test it I will. But if I'm not wrong, sfc scans Windows system files for corruption, it has nothing to do with external drives. Chkdsk by the way didn't find any errors.

Yes. As you said, its an external SD Card. The FS could be corrupted. Or the SD has started to dying.
