Does any official offline package exist for wdk? that online

installer won't work for me. their reason for visual studio and build tools is choice and size, what about this one?

download stucks at 0% and veriffying integrity of first downloaded file fails which is probably about wrong hash in isntaller or a hijacked download or any other crazy microsofty reason, veriffying integrity of just one compressed package will be much easier even for them
