Hello Guys should I learn Java or Kotlin for android

Kotlin's the Android Development Language reported by Google. Old libraries will be to rewrite in Kotlin and new ones will be to write just in Kotlin as a standard stated by Google.

I was exactly using that feature with a chart library few hours ago. Interop's a nice Kotlin feature without a doubt.

Yeah that's true. Android framework is written in Java so it's important for you to be able to read it. Also there are tons of powerful libraries written in Java
