Question

When I issue adb devices I get: daemon not running; starting

now at tcp:5037
What does TCP mean here while I didn't started any tcp server? I am not trying to connect over wifi or lan. I didn't issued adb tcpip 5037.

And it means the data is sent on the network while I am connected the phone using USB cable. Why is there any TCP server?

It also checks for Emulators on the host PC. That is why. Check the links I shared above.
