I need to create a notification like this , as you

see its image is 25% of notification , and title and event font size and color differ,also need these button at bottom
any idea how can i achieve this?

You can create your own layout and create a notification with a custom view. Note that there are some limitations since notifications are RemoteViews, but in your case it should be enough. https://developer.android.com/training/notify-user/custom-notification
