There are two things. 1. If you use google map api's free version and you want this delay value on/for your app explicitly then you cannot. 2. To get this value or any data related to route calculation, you'll have to purchase Google-Map api premium subscription and then you can get all that data explicitly for your app. Google says if you want all these things just to display then use pre-installed G-Map. Redirect user from your app to their G-Map app by using appropriate intent.
