Hi guys. I saw an unusual apk that it takes

all needed dangerous permissions befor installing when clicking on install button. I ckecked and saw after installation all permissions are granted and no need to make run time permission request😐

does any body knows how is it possible?

If I'm not wrong, the compile version is below lollipop for those we don't need to ask runtime permissions.
