I tried to change constraint of a button but i

figure out the layout editor won't let me do that ! it even didn't let me change size of a button or anything else ! i found out that this problem is in all of my layout files ! and it's not just about changing constraint , it won't let me change anything !
i search about that but the problems i found in stack or github was not my problem , how can i fix this ?

i can't even choose a view in layout editor ! i can choose at the first time but after that when i click on sth else it won't be chosen :(
