I'Ve got a warnnig about "main thread" it said => Skipped

97 frames! The application may be doing too much work on its main thread.

how can i fix this ? i've read somewhere if the number is <100 in running on Emulator , there'll be no problem in actual device , but sometimes this happen on actual device too

i test somethings and find out my UI is too complex and that's the probelm , i've 5 activity with complex UI

if i change this 5 activities to fragments and 1 activity what'll happen ? will my skipped frames thing be gone ?
