I have a trivial problem, but I have not found

any solution on stack overflow or elsewhere. It's regarding writing to external SD card (the SD card chip, not internal SD card). My main aim is to create a zip file by compressing many files.

I have seen apps like Moto File explorer and RAR can easily write to SD card using a similar permission needed for writing to interal SD card. It only asks for a permission like the one shown above, and done.

Can anyone tell me what is this permission? It's definitely not the runtime permission to access Internal sd card. If anyone can help me in this, it will be extremely grateful.

BTW, I am developer of Migrate ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=balti.migrate )

See the screenshot. It's not the permission for a general internal storage access.
