#Help An Android app with one admin and multiple users. Admin can

upload files like documents/images and users can download them.
Admin can also send push notifications to all the users.

Is there any sample project like this or how to get started with it?

You can create two apps one for admin and other for users.You can connect both the apps with Firebase database.Search on android firebase file upload in YouTube.you will get many tutorial on that.From admin app you can upload and from user the users can download the file. But the free storage is only 5GB I think.After that it will be pricing. You can send push notifications from firebase easily.
