in google but i dont undrestand what is the react?
is react a framework?
how can build an android application with that?

Basically, unlike other Javascript frameworks which compile to web components, React native uses the native components of whatever platform you are wishing to target. In this case, React Native will compile to run on the JVM using the JVM components.
