Hi guys, I work at a little company as android

developer.
Recently we wanna hire another android developer to working with me.
but I don't know how to division the project parts
should I say "you work on XML layers and I'll work on Java part" ??
How do you division your android projects?

For example, you could agree to a prototype for an API, and you would care about the UI part and your partner would write all the API things ready to use for you 🤔

We usually split tasks into modules, (like a specific feature), then divide the modules to each person. And use git to ease the workflow. :)
