don't change its mistakes
js rules the world: true, but only because its like anyone can be a programmer by learning shitty easy language such as JavaScript, just as a child can become an architect by building castles from sand on beach
JavaScript being different to learn: for your information, it was my first imperative language to learn, i was 14 and i knew no shit about programming, but afterwards, when i picked python, c or java, i immediately found them way more intuitive
js replacing java: are you kidding me
js being about best practices: typical js talk
vscode, atom, bracket running on js: check out their performance and understand for yourself that using js for building them was a bad idea
paypal, uber, etc running on js: isn't it like every webpage uses js, besides, what part of js is in the back-end
js making functional programming popular: im sorry for ignorants never trying out haskell, lisp or scheme or elixir
npm has the largest libraries: uh okay?
js in iot: if this is true, i hereby remove all electronic devices from my house, because they may have security holes
promise being based on js: what the fuck dude, have you ever tried c++11 or anything else

I doubt if U r aware of what JS is now... U have left it a long time for python and co that's why U r sounding like this... I can present U with articles that discuss JS and U will understand better.... U were talking about performance... Can python stand JS in terms of performance ? VSCode in terms of performance is good and fast... Now wasn't Android Studio built with Java and yet its one of the slowest out there... pple complain of it all the time If I may ask U which shitty design is in JavaScript... and I will tell U the best practice of it/how it has been improved. If U study the library and framework design of libraries/frameworks like react, angular, vue, preact etc... U will never forever bash JS again... U will know dat JS has moved far Just download these libraries/frameworks and study their codes and U will understand U think JS is joking when it was stated that one yr one new standard of js..
